Ordering Guidelines

WHT is happy to take your order electronically, via E-Mail or FAX 24 hours a day, or by phone Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm PST.

To place your order via phone, call 1-888-243-1503 in the continental US, or 1-702-496-1842 internationally. You can also fax your order to (702) 656-5929, or email it to [email protected].

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Novus, Discover, Check, Cash or COD. We may ask for a faxed copy of your credit card, be sure to read our policies regarding orders in our policies section. There is a minimum order of $500 for all US orders and $1000 for international orders.

In order to bring you the lowest possible price, most of our items are not stocked in large quantities, but are available from the manufacturer in local warehouses. This means that in most cases, your order will not ship the same day, but rather in one to two days. Special order items and large quantities of items also take longer.

If you purchase a complete system, it takes a MINIMUM of 5 working days, before we can ship. We must assemble and burn in the system for at least 2 days before it passes final QA and ships to you.

We ship via USPS, UPS and FedEx, with USPS Priority mail being the standard. All orders are shipped fully insured. The purchaser is responsible for all shipping and handling charges.
