Bz is a multi-player tank game for SGI workstations running 4.0.1 (or greater).
Tanks fight each other on a battlefield scattered with obstacles using normal
missiles, guided missiles, and mines. Sound effects are provided on
machines with Indigo-quality sound capabilities. The game can also be
played in a solo mode against the computer. See the man page for bz
for further details once it is installed as outlined below.

TO INSTALL:
As the super-user, unpack the binaries and data files from bz.tar.Z
using the following command:

	zcat bz.tar.Z | tar xvf -

This will create a directory, ./bz. The directory will be
approximately 1.7MB. Next, run the Makefile to install the files in
the appropriate location with:

	cd ./bz
	make

Here are the directories used:

	/usr/local/bin: bz executables
	/usr/local/data/bz:	bz data files
	/usr/catman/local/cat6:	bz man pages

Once the installation is successfully completed, you can remove the ./bz
directory created by unpacking bz.tar.Z.

See the man pages for bz, bzwho, bzlogo, and bzviewlogo for instructions
on how to play bz.

On machines without audio hardware, the sound files may be deleted from
/usr/local/data/bz. The sound files have the .aiff extension.
